Yep, it's that time again! My Paypal account is in the negatives thanks to my bank declining a charge and I just recently started a new job so money is a little tight, so now it's time to go through my folder of characters I have no plans on using and see if I can get them new homes. Here's how it'll work, I'll post a list with brief descriptions of characters along with the artist who created them and how much I want for them.
