i'm finally switching from the retro site layout to the modern one. it actually isn't that bad. the growing pains are much easier when i enable the old colour scheme on the layout, too

I was being a bit hyperbolic, the new layout isn't that bad, it still has an old feel to it and its not like they force you to have circular icons or anything like some other (worse) sites

yeah it ain't bad. I've used it for a bit now. only thing I'm having trouble with still is the menu.. but that's always been confusing to find anything in it for me anyway :p
