This utter piece of garbage has done nothing but harass me and several other tickle artists, steal our work and repost it on various sites like this.

I'd appreciate it if you'd take a moment to report him. Unfortunately there's no way to report individual pieces of art as stolen, only a way to open a ticket with a general complaint.
