Volunteer Park meet (Capitol Hill, Seattle)
When:
2023-02-04 Saturday, 13:00 (1 PM) to 16:00 (4 PM)
Where:
Volunteer Park
https://www.seattle.gov/parks/find/.....volunteer-park
Between Federal Ave E and 15th Ave E, and between E Galer St and E Prospect St
This park is close to bus stops for routes 10 and 49, and also reasonably close to bus stops for routes 9, 12, 60, and 70. The closest Link stop is Capitol Hill.
We'll meet up at the Black Sun sculpture. (This is between the Seattle Asian Art Museum and the reservoir)
What:
Lets meet at Volunteer Park! The park is conveniently-located in Capitol Hill in Seattle, while also having lots of room to talk and walk around outside. The park also has many indoor options for things to do: the Volunteer Park Conservatory, the Seattle Asian Art Museum, and the water tower.
We'll stay at the meetup point (the Black Sun sculpture) until 13:10, then we may wander wherever we want.
I'll be wearing a green jacket (or grey T-shirt with a cat on it) and a white N95 respirator.
