in his last post, 10 days ago.
in and out of hospitals and rehab nursing homes.
He had a very low blood pressure, heart rates as fast as 160 beats per min.
He was really struggling with, and making no progress with rehab.
seems for his amputated leg.

I recall, he also said he was on the mend

I've still got a sketch from him in my 'crowbars' book that I paid for with 'Magic: The Gathering' cards many years ago back in the original ConFurence days.

It did indeed. I started my first sketchbook right at the end of ConFurence 3, asked Lance Rund if he wanted to 'deflower a virgin sketchbook', and he drew a picture of Erma saying "You want me to do what with this?!" Then the next artist decided that obviously 'crowbars' was the theme, and it kind of stuck.

I do need to scan some of the old stuff. Some of it I can't post publicly because I don't have permission, but I can share a few of them around privately, at least.

Goodness...I'm incredibly sorry Wolf. I didn't know Jace too much but his art was a big inspiration for me when I was younger, and he had a very upbeat mood whenever I saw him.

May he rest with the many others who now dance among the stars.

He was one of the locals I would always talk to at cons. I first met him when he was a teenager at a com back in the day. He’s forever going to be that cheerful kid in my memory.

I bought him a Zoids model kit way back when...he was overjoyed about it. Like me, he was a fan. Hearing of his passing...I am at a loss. I will always cherish his smile.

His art was an influence of mine. RIP Jace.

Wow, so many decades ago, on Dekyhr's HML mailing list, did I meet Jace, and we started our journey in the fandom at roughly the same time. Ran into him in VR for just a few moments last year, I was...shocked, that so much time had passed. And like Rabbi Tom said, if there's any bio or info folks would like to offer, there's a Furry Offrenda in VR Chat for remembering those in the fandom. He gave the community the Dz'Isu and so much more.
