╭───────────────────────• Mika's 2023 Furaffinity Update! •───────────────────────╮

It's been around half a year since the last time I posted a new Journal, so I thought it was about time to post a little update for all of you cuties!

I don't want to go too into detail about the stuff that's been happening in my personal life, but I've got a lot of other exciting stuff that might pique your interest!

Since I suffer from OCD and hate when things aren't organized, I decided to break this journal into multiple sections all labelled with different titles depending on the subject



╭───────────────────────• My New Official Twitter Account •───────────────────────╮

Back in October of 2022, I made a Twitter account, so I wouldn't only be limited to commissioning artists through FA and Discord primarily

Since then (about 1-2 months ago) I've started to use Twitter on a somewhat more regular basis. I don't tweet every day or anything like that

But I've started to at least casually browse Twitter when I've got nothing better to do and want to start uploading my future art pieces to Twitter as well

╭───────────────────────• Fursona Redesign Coming Very Soon •───────────────────────╮

I've grown somewhat tired of my Red Panda's current design and plan on changing quite a few aspects of the Mika you all know and hopefully love later this year

I've already found a wonderful artist who's going to start working on my Ref Sheet 2.0 very soon! Been gathering a ton of references over the past few months for this

Beyond excited to have my Fursona and his design grow with me as I get older. And I can't express how excited I am to share the new me with all of you furballs!

While I can't give an exact day as to when my Fursona redesign will be finished, I can confidently say it shouldn't take any longer than 2-3 months



╭───────────────────────• Thank You All So Much For 1K Watchers! •───────────────────────╮

I seriously can't believe that over a thousand people decided to give my page a visit and deemed it worthy of a follow! This is so heartwarming!

As of writing this journal, I'm currently sitting at nearly 31K page views and nearly 1.2K watchers. This absolutely blows my mind!

I've received a ton of really positive and sweet comments from you guys over the last 2 years. I genuinely always look forward to reading every single comment

I have a lot of confidence issues and don't always feel very appreciated. But you guys make me feel so welcome here with all your sweet words and I cannot thank you enough for that

It's very surreal to me that some of you love seeing this Red Panda of mine around so much that you keep coming back. It's really made me feel special



╭───────────────────────• Potential Future Art Raffles •───────────────────────╮

I've always been a big fan of gifting art pieces to my close friends. There's really nothing that beats the satisfaction of making someone you care about smile

I've thought about how I could give back to the community for a while and I came up with a few ideas. Not everyone's got the cash to spare to commission beautiful art pieces for themselves

So I decided to reach out to a handful of the artists whom I'm friends with and asked if they'd be willing to offer their services for an art raffle I've been wanting to do for all my watchers

I'm currently not 100% sure how I'd like to go about it. But my main idea was to potentially get a drawing of my Fursona made with a YCH character slot that I could give away as an art raffle reward!

I just want to make someone's day a little brighter and do this as a massive thank you to all of you for being so kind to me. If anyone has any suggestions for art raffle ideas then feel free to let me know



╭───────────────────────• A Few Final Words •───────────────────────╮

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to read through all my rambling! I had a lot of other things I wanted to talk about as well, but I feel they deserve a Journal of their own

I have a massive backlog of spicy stuff that I'm gonna try to upload over the next few months, so stay tuned for that. Also, I'll start to branch out to other fetishes that I like!

I wish all of you cuties a wonderful Wednesday! Oh and to those people who are currently awaiting a response from me, don't worry! I haven't forgotten anyone. Just been busy

Thank you! I'm doing fantastic at the moment! ^w^ Gonna try to post something new tomorrow for everyone, but it'll be a drawing of my Light Fox instead of my Red Panda c: Got 2 pieces of her that I commissioned forever ago, but never uploaded ^.^
