2023/03/01開始委託會改為「每月有限名額」，如有開放名額會再發文公告
如果有想要委託的話可以先來詢問，只要是在3/1前來排隊的都會收並繪製(會照現在的對列往下排)
另外，因為許久沒有更新FA會慢慢把未上傳的補上，所以會有以前的委託上傳。
一些基本問題
1.簡單來說3月後開始不開放「自主排單」，而是每個月的「有限名額」機制(開放幾位名額的部分每個月都會有差異)
2.以後會再改回一直開放的狀況嗎?目前的規劃是會的，但什麼時候會再更變動目前還未知也不會是太快的事情!有明確排成後會再跟大家通知~

Starting from March 1st (01/03/2023), the commissions will be changed to "limited quota per month", if there is an open quota, I will send an announcement again. (Slots will vary from month to month)
Will it be changed back to the status of always open afterward?
The current plan is yes, but when will change again is still unknown and not too soon! Inform again when there is a definite schedule.
