Here are my Terms of Service for my furry commissions!
DM me if you have any questions or concerns.
Prices are listed on the commission sheet in my gallery.
Introduction:
• Sending payment for the order means that you have read and accepted these T.O.S. and plan to follow them properly.
• Being ignorant of the rules is not an excuse to break them. I reserve the right to block anyone who breaks these rules after being given a warning.
Payment:
• Payment must be through Venmo or Ko-Fi (PayPal is under my deadname).
• I accept half payment after I send you the initial sketch and full payment once the piece is finished before I send you an un-watermarked copy. Until I accept the full payment, the furthest you will receive is the watermarked version of the finished piece.
• I accept payment in USD only.
• As soon as you provide payment, you’ve accepted the commission, and refunds will not be issued.
Important Information:
• My prices are negotiable - to a certain extent. Message me and we can discuss it further.
• I will send you updates on the status of the commission, so please do not repeatedly message me asking when it will be done! I am a college senior working on my thesis project and need to spend as much time as possible making sure I get it done.
• In each of my works I will indicate who owns the character.
Rights:
• I reserve the right to use my artwork in printed materials. However, even after payment is completed and the commission is received, you cannot use the piece for commercial purposes.
• You are allowed (and encouraged) to repost commissions you receive from me on FA, as long as you credit me in the post title and tag me in the description.
• I have the right to cancel your order if I perceive you as an unsafe/untrustworthy person. If I think that you might be trying to scam me or if you’re behaving in a suspicious way, I will decline the order and block you.
Do/Don't:
• I draw most body types, but will not draw large muscles.
• I draw only with a clear reference sheet. Any written descriptions, 3D renderings, or lack of a normal (unshaded) color palette will be rejected.
• I draw SFW of characters of any age.
• I draw NSFW to my comfort level. DM me for further details.
• I draw OCs and sonas.
• I don’t draw NSFW of characters who are under 18 years old.
• I don’t draw NSFW for anyone under 18. If you request NSFW art, I will ask you to confirm your age. If you do not confirm your age, I will not fulfill your request.
• I don’t draw copyrighted characters.
• I don’t draw pregnant and otherwise inflated characters. This includes inflation kink and cumflation.
• I don’t draw robot/mech characters or characters with mechanical parts.
• I don’t draw characters with heavy armor.
• I don’t draw complicated backgrounds.

• complex hairstyles
• complex designs
• additional limbs
• detailed clothing
Drawing Process:
• I have every right to interpret your character in my style. For example, I have the right to edit the color palette to be more cohesive, but it will not be changed in a way to alter the overall appearance and recognizability of the character.
• I accept changes at the initial sketch stage if I missed something insignificant (horns, spots, accessories, etc). No additional charge is required for this.
• The amount of time each commission takes varies from my state of health, problems in life, workload in my classes, or the complexity of the commission. Usually I send out sketches within a week, a maximum of two. In any case, I will provide WIPs at several stages.
• If you need to keep the artwork private (gift for a birthday or other holiday), then specify the time it’s safe to post when ordering of the commission. Otherwise, I will post it on FA shortly after the finished piece is sent to you.
