FA saves your art when you disable your account..?
The title explains it all. Back when I first joined FA (it was on another account that I forgot the password to) I noticed there was a surprisingly good artist for endo vore. Their username was Endosity, and trust me when I say this, I looked at their stuff almost daily! It was like a sort of diamond in the rough.
Somewhere around September 2021, they decided to indefinitely disable their account. I was devastated, although I realized that by going through my history, I could look at all of their art still yet! So, I bookmarked it and sorted all of them by date of publishing. Then, soon enough, I lost the Chromebook that had all of them bookmarked, and then lost the password to the Google account that was the only thing allowing me to refind all of them.
Luckily, with some insane looking around, I found one of their friends who then, with some clever hyperlink surfing, directed me right to the disabled account's slightly newer Twitter, where they post rough, but still good stuff. Bingo!
Now, I have another really great account that I binged a couple of times around, and while it wasn't fully vore stuff, it was still really good art. Guess what happened today? Bam. Disabled. While I totally respect that, I figured that the same thing happened to their account, where all their art was saved still yet. And guess what? It was.
So, what's going on here?! Does FA save your art when you disable your account?? Answer to that is yes. Here's another big thing; you can still comment, and you can still send messages to the disabled account. This.. is no good. So, when you leave FA for good, and really don't want an idiot like me rummaging around your stuff after you leave, trying to save pieces of what I liked, delete your art.
Remember what I said about people finding you after you disable your account, also. This could lead to some insane consequences, especially if you are trying to get away from somebody.
Thank you for reading, have a good night.
(For reasons that are beyond me, this is not meant to send hate to FA, it's just to send information to FA users that are looking to leave to get away from somebody and/or something.)
