My surgery will be on March 31st! I'll be getting my left kidney removed and be in the hospital for most of that day and April 1st, but I'll try and give folks updates! at that point, they will be able to do tests on the removed kidney to know how far the cancer has advanced and if I'll need to do anything else related to that. the surgeon seems to think that for someone as young as I am that I probably don't have as much to worry about and that there's about a 20% chance it's not even cancer at all.

in the meantime, I'll be needing to do several things to prepare for the surgery, but I should have those handled lickety split.
