As the title states my cat it very sick since the end of Dezember... She got a CT last Tuesday and I just got the results that she very likely got a tumor in her nose... an endoscopy needs to be done do be 100% sure but I might need to say goodbye to my most important friend very soon. It doesn't help that I'm currently sick myself too since 2 weeks now (right after being sick for almost 2 1/2 months yay). I will probably be absent for the rest of march since we are also currently moving.
To all who have an animal, save up at least 2k for emergencies.

The important part out of the way, the rest of the journal will be just me rambling, cuz I honestly don't know how to comprehend everything (also sorry for my spelling).

I don't know what it is but every year seems to be worse than the year bevor, from a break in, to loosing my step-grandpa and almost my father, to fighting to more than 2 month for the live of my cat and more.
I'm not ready for her (my cat) to go yet. I planned so much with her.. she finally got a lot of space to run and play in the new place where we are moving.. big windows to watch outside and we where planning to make our balcony cat save so she can got outside and look around. She supported me through my many depressive phases and I'm sure I'll never ever get a pet like her again. She's scaringly intelligent compared to the other cats I know and very good at problem solving. My other cat for example has yet to understand how to roll a ball filled with treats to get the treats... after almost 10 years of having her.. I love her but she is not the brightest light. Speaking of my other cat, she will also have problems if we need to say goodbye. I got her because she refused to eat and drink with her previous owner and always meowed. We assume that's because she needs a companion cat. We don't know what happened to her before her previous owner got her since we found her on the streets. So this might get complicated...

Update: There is not much we can do, we talked to the vet and the only thing we can do is give her a good last rest of her live. Let it be days or weeks. I will be watching over her while my boyfriend finishes everything for the move. As long as she wants to live she gets to live, she'll get some pain medication until then. Once she stops eating and starts becoming lethargic we will give her her final rest to spare her the pain.
In remembrance of her I will be doing a 3D paw print. And in the future a needle felted small figure (once I've learned everything). I was planning to do it regardless but I thought I have a couple more years to lean the techniques und use my cat as a life model.
