As it turns out. My rtx card is too big to fit in my computer since it's compact and custom built. However. I shall use my 1099 to buy an entirely new computer. I wanted to just have the novelty of buying a new GPU for a computer but it turns out that a 400 watt PSU doesn't do shit.
