โ all genders are welcome when iโm designing a character or doing ychs for you!ใhowever, the use of slursใ( d*ckgirl, sh*male, f*tanari/f*ta, c*ntboy/c*nt boy/cboy, etc. )ใin a fetishizing way when referring to said character will not be tolerated & will get your commission rejected outright.ใespecially when it comes to characters that identify as transgender.ใuse terms like intersexใ( breasts+penis or flat chest+vagina )ใor herm/hermaphroditeใ( both sets of genitals )ใwhen referring to your character if they do not identify as transgender in any way.
โ i reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

โ NO HOLDS.ใpay within 24 hours of claim / request or forfeit the chance to purchase it.
โ you may make changes to your character of any sort, but under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are you permitted to edit the original art that i have provided for you.ใdoing so will result in an instant blacklist from any further purchases from me.
โ you may not resell any character purchased from me for more than what you paid unless you increase its value with additional art.
โ the TOS of another account that owns one of my designs does not override my own TOS.
โ do not claim as your own, redistribute, or steal any of my adoptables.

if you'd like an order to be completed in a certain amount of time or bumped to the front of the queue, you may pay a rush fee!ใthis is simply double the cost of a $3โ$12 order or half the cost of a $14+ custom order!ใplease note that server discounts do not apply to rush fees.

all addition, custom, edit, or ych orders are subject to a nitpicker's fee.ใyou will incur this fee if you do any of the following:
โ if you purchase an adopt with additions or edits, i get 70% of the way through the adopt, & you request a substantial change
โ if you purchase a custom adopt, i set it up, & you confirm the lines & flat colors, then you request a substantial change
โ if you request i change a single color more than 10 times
the nitpicker's fee is subject to the amount of change i have to do, but will start at the cost of a simple custom adopt ($20).ใwhen you are ordering from me, please either a) have a fairly solid idea of what you'd like & be able to properly convey this to me, or b) allow me artistic freedom or accept my artistic ideas.ใi am always happy to play around with ideas & give you examples along the way, but this should be done at the beginning of the adopt-making process instead of the end.ใplease note that server discounts do not apply to nitpicker's fees.ยท ยท โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ ยท ยท
