It's vicious! The wife and I put in an offer for a new house last month and were close to getting it, but the upfront cash offer of course trumped us and besides that... the interests rates are much higher than I thought. Hopefully the market will change soon and we'll be able to catch the right house. We want to work on expanding the family!
