Hey all!

Well, this has been a week. First, good news, related almost entirely to my working out: I've lost another 3 and a half pounds, I am at 221.6, which means I am at the lowest weight I've been since the beginning of the pandemic- Hell, it's the lowest I've been since I started weighing myself seriously after college, and it looks like I'll still lose at least another ten pounds before I start slowing down on weight loss and start building back up with muscle.

The rest of the week was not very good, if I'm being honest. It was a hectic time, and admittedly I can't really talk about a lot of the stuff that happened, as it didn't directly happen to me. But what I can talk about is some bad news from Toby's latest vet appointment- for those that don't know, Toby is my dog- well, our dog. He's got a tumor that needs to be removed, and such a thing isn't cheap at a time when money is tight for me.
