why would they sue you, that's really odd, but glad things are getting back to normal

My neighbor thinks my dog attacked her dog. But she has no evidence other than a bite mark on her dog - but it is extremely unlikely my dog (I always control my pet). Right now we are just trying to solve the situation. In short, my neighbor is just a brawler. This is not her first attempt to quarrel with me, she just went further this time. Thank you for your sympathy!

good luck dealing with her. maybe counter suit with a claim of harassment. likely you can't get a restraining order but maybe a order preventing her from contacting you. if you can get court documents proving that she consistently harasses you then any further attempts to bother you will lend credence to you and doubt for her.

it's a little more complicated. In my country, it is almost impossible to get an injunction. I will try to do my best, but I am not sure of success. Thanks anyway!
