Commission OptionsI've been infored by 2 patrons that my discord server isn't loading for them for a while. i can't see anything wrong in my server's settings nor in the patreon bot's settings. my only suggestion is to try unpledging and re-pledging. the help page discourages adding people manually to my server as it might screw up the bot.

I had the exact same problem, it seems the bot would unassign roles sometimes as well oddly enough, as well as if the pledger does a custom amount the bot wont recognize it. Wish I could help more lol
