I heard talk of the guy being off his tits on ecstacy, but I don't know how true that is.

Its a furry con, drugs are a typical scene with some people. I witnessed enough ambulance calls for alcohol poisoning, various narcotics. Seen enough people stoned, baked, shitfaced out of their skulls.

Shame really, I remember back in the early days of Confurence, we were known as a dry con, you didn't see people being stupid with drugs or alcohol. Hotels loved us, we didn't trash the hotel, didn't need ambulance calls (Unless under an actual medical emergency) for ODing on something.

Those halcyon innocent days are long gone. Plus you get some people who thrive being controversial , making news over stupidity or shock. The Green suited pizza cum fox is a prime example.
