Good golly gosh I love baking bread, I think the only things I like more are eating bread, and trying new breads
I recently made a super tasty cheddar cheese bread medium cheddar encorperated into dough, with cubes of sharp/old cheddar floating around in it to give it those cheesy bubbles
The cheese incorporated into the dough adds more savory flavour to it, and the extra fat / moisture from the cheese helps it keep soft and fluffy, and the cubes of sharp/old cheddar's cheesy bubbles make it extra good when you take a bite and get a little glob of cheese with it :3
Bonus points, Use the fancy cheesebread to make grilled cheese using a nice medium/high moisture pepperjack, melts better with higher moisture content, and adds a little spice :D

Sounds tasty. Have you ever tried pumpkin seed and cranberry bread or chilli bread? (I've had those from super markets in the past and I really liked them.)
