Terms of Service, Preferences, Commission Process

Here are my terms of service:
-I will charge by the word, not by the page. The amount of words will be defined by Google Docs.
-The price will be $0.015 USD per word. No increase nor decrease as the draft progresses. (Currently on discount, refer to user info)
-The preliminary fee will be half of the intended amount of words. (See Commission Process)
-The latter fee will be the remainder of additional words from the first half.
-A story that is finished at 90% of the intended word amount will be considered full.
-Editing comes after the final payment. No additions nor deductions to the paid fee.
-Total story changes will not be included once halfway into the draft. Otherwise, a compromise must be established.
-If the story is far from finished, and is to exceed 10,000 words, the latter half will be
-The following content that cannot be written in NSFW or Suggestive: scat, cub, feral (list is not final)
-Other unmentioned fetishes and scenarios will be under thorough investigation.
-Copyrighted content is not allowed.
-An additional $5 USD fee overall if the story is NSFW.
-An additional $5 USD fee if the story is private.
-Payment will be done through Paypal. Link to it will be provided in private.
-Payment from Europe, if the story is SFW, will be done through Ko-fi.
My policy for when you request a refund:
-A total refund will be provided within the first day that the draft is written.
-A 50% refund will be provided within the first half of the intended amount.
-A 25% refund will be provided when it exceeds the first half.
-No refund will be given when it exceeds the third half.
Here are my preferences for SFW story writing in order:
1. Slice of Life/Modern: I have the most experience writing this.
2. Apocalypse: I love writing stories like these. I grew up with the zombie fad.
3. Philosophy/Astronomy: I love exploring existentialist ideas and put them into fiction.
4. Military/Alternate History: i've written a fair share of this, but requires plenty of research.
5. Fantasy: While I love writing fantasy, I have to do intensive research for new worlds and such.
6. Sci-Fi: I enoy these themes too, but like fantasy I have to do intensive research for worlds not my own.
NSFW preferences will be a journal of its own.
Commission Process:
-The commissioner will contact me via FA notes or Discord. Latter preferred.
-We will conduct the initial discussion regarding the kind of story.
-This will include characters, setting, tone, perspective, age rating, word count, and privacy.
-When the gist is established, I will prepare a series of bulletpoints.
-These bulletpoints indicate the flow of the story.
-However, unless specified, these will act as a guide.
-I may provide a direct Google Docs link so that the commissioner can see the draft in progress.
-Once the draft has reached halfway, I will ask for any major changes before finishing it.
-Once the draft is done, I will ask for any minor changes before charging.
-When final payment is received, I will start the editing process.
-Once the edit is polished and done, I will submit a PDF file. If not private, submit them to FA and SF.
These are subjected to change, and will be notified beforehand.
