Cable sucks

Not a lot of people use cable TV (possibly by Spectrum) to watch TV, but unfortunately, I'm showing a lot of fury with their customer service.
When the cable suffers some glitches (where the image will "pixelate" and stuff), it is a straight shot for something to cause a good day to go bad, especially since yesterday marked ten years since a woeful event during the year 2013 had occurred. As of now, I'm writing a letter to the folks at Spectrum Cable that they need to fix the problem, or they'll be the ones having to give us some money as a settlement. If that happens, I hope they give us $100,00 due to the emotional anguish they have caused me.
Sorry to vent this crap out here (which I probably shouldn't do), but unfortunately, when things don't go my way, that's when stuff can go downhill.
