So... a bit of legal-eez here. Drawn stuff... no matter how decent or indecent... is considered 'Art'. Especially in America (and many other countries). It's protected (mostly) by law so you can p'much draw whatever crazy stuff you want and get away with it (again... mostly). However... when it involves actual HUMANS... real flesh and blood... then it's porn and subject to a litany of laws, rules, and such stuff. I highly suspect that, as long as you draw it, you can post it. But if it's just a pic and it "seems" to cross the line of "porn"... then the website is obligated to remove it... before some over-zealous, whack-job, Dudley Do-right comes along and sues their asses with full intent to get the site abolished.
I hate it that it's that way... but I get it so I don't blame FA here.

the way i see it these days, if you get reprimanded, the fact is someone reported you and if they did, they had an axe to grind. I dont think ive ever really had to report anyone here - except the few weirdos who post porn pics ad nauseum to flood the galleries.
