So......who believes in dragons?

Pretty self explanitory. I'm going through another "OMG, DRAGONS ARE THE BOMB!!!!1" phase, which i seem to be going through alot more lately. Anyway, who believes they exist? or at least they used to. And by that i mean on earth, god knows theres probably a planet full of them somewhere. I look at most ancient cultures and they have their version of a dragon, so there much be SOMETHING to it.

I believe they existed in our plane of reality once--but were so oppressed and hunted they chose to leave in all but memory-form--I still see glimpses of them around me at times :)

I believe that many many thousands of years ago, there may have been a winged lizard of some sort....probably not as big as often portrayed. It may have been fierce...but I dont believe it breathed fire or any such elements. Likely, human beings killed them off because of mans stupidity in being intimidated by anything bigger than him. Often it seems that man felt he had to prove himself as a "MAN" by killing something and taking pride for it . Eventually causing extiction to many species.
