Opening up for 2 or 3 Commission Slots

So it's time once again to open up for commissions. I am thinking of opening for two or three slots depending on interest. Rates and TOS are here:

I can do pencils, inks, and colors if need be. Just a reminder that I work clean, and specialize in clothes and uniforms. Half up front to reserve the spot. the other half upon completion. I am open to negotiations. I would like to get a fairly fast turn around on these, like within this month. Note me for PayPal address. Let's see what we3 can do.

Can you work from a text description alone? I have no real references of the character I have in mind.

I would have to see it but text descriptions tend to get "iffy", especially if there are personality descriptions, or back story (i.e. not visuals). Message me the descriptions and i can see if I can work with it.
