Conflicted need advice

Conflicted feelings about something important.
I can give receipts of my payments and the conversation if need be from discord where I paid off my fursuit maker. I paid in full for a partial plus an additional large tip. It took me a year to pay it fully off, but I did it!
Now that last payment was in December 2022. I asked for an update last month in March 2023, they said they were waiting on the base. Well I asked them now another month later and they gave that same response, it's a partial.
What should I do from here? I don't want to be a bully and force it, but I've been waiting 4 months for them to get a base or do anything towards my suit.
I know it takes a while and fursuits take a long time to make, but waiting 4 months for at least the foam to get cut out is a but much considering they do other suits they got commed for.
I'm not sure what move would make me not a bully for taking. I figured furaffinity could offer insight.
