General
Payment and Purchasing
-All prices are listed in USD and payment must be made through Payoneer invoice.
-Payments must be received and paid upfront within 24 hours.
-If payment isn’t received within the 24 hour timeframe, the adopt will be up for sale again.
-If you pay for additional art during the adoption phase, I will not start working on it until I receive the payment to said additional art.
-If purchasing NSFW art from me, you must be 18 years of age or older, if news gets to me that you aren’t the required age, your money will be refunded immediately and you will be banned from purchasing any adopts in the future as well as artwork from my account.
-I’ll ask you to note or send your email after confirming your purchase claim.
-After purchase has been cleared, you will always receive a shaded and flat version of the adopt as well as a transparent background version.
-No refunds
-No retracting of bids
-Payment must be confirmed first before you’ll receive the shaded, flat and transparent file of the adopt.
Reselling/Trading/Gifting
-You are allowed to resell but you are not allowed to resell the adopt for more than what you paid for (unless you collected other commissioned work, in which case you may sell for the sum total of everything you spent on the adopt).
-You may not trade (or resell) and adopt you received for free
-Gifting is allowed
-Trading is allowed
Use and Ownership
-I retain all legal rights to my design. For this reason- my adopts are for non-commercial use only. Unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me.
-Once you bought my adopts, it is yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.
-You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character you bought.
-You must credit me as the creator of the design if you are going to post it.
-You are not required to notify me when there is a change in ownership, but you can if you like.
-I retain the rights to post the image in my various social media, including my portfolio.
-You may use the adopt you bought in all manner of content. THE EXCEPTION is any work that promotes, hate, homophobia, transphobia, racism, antisemitism, and more. If I find out that you are using my art for these purposes you will be immediately be blacklisted.
-Adopts sold to you will have a minor watermark as to protect it from theft.
Editing
-You are free to made edits to the adopt you bought as the character will evolve and change as you make the character your own.

-Under no circumstances that my art are allowed to be traced and copied
Becoming Blacklisted
-You are banned from bidding/buying any of my future adopts.
-You are banned from buying or trading to received old or new design made by me.
-Becoming blacklisted will be shown on a public list.
