Suggestion? Just vent. Write it all out as it pops into your head. As bad as it sounds, even if no one reads it, sometimes just getting it out can help a lot. Writing it on paper and burning it can help too in its own way. And if people think it’s for attention then screw’em. Venting is perfectly healthy and needed, as long as you aren’t being a jerk to anyone in particular with if (like calling them out or just straight up being nasty I mean). People are gonna think whatever they want, and yeah it’ll still hurt to hear someone pop off that you “just want attention”, but you know better. And people who care about you will know better. Even if it’s just a few people, they’ll know you need to get it all out.

Just give writing it out a shot. You don’t even need to post it, but if posting it helps then go for it. Don’t worry about grammar or spelling mistakes or anything of the sort, just let it all flow out as best you can.

Just vent good sir, I have my anger issues and letting you know it's a very BAD idea to hold it in and risk lashing out at someone else, especially a loved one. ^^

If you have someone you trust a lot, or someone who simply doesn't mind venting, you could speak to them.

Sometimes just saying it feels a lot better. I've done it, but that's me.
