TOS and Blacklist

1. You must pay me before receiving the final product. Whether payment be in art or ocs, I have dealt with scams too long to let someone take without paying first. If possible, however, I would love ocs to be sent at the same time if in trade. I will also accept payment after an initial sketch if spoken to about it. However, if I say on a minor on site currency comm that you can pay afterwards, you are free to pay afterwards or before.
2. I only do refunds if the product is unstarted. Do not expect refunds after initial sketches. However, you may ask for three major changes to the sketch before I will charge an additional $5 for each change (this does NOT apply to character details shown on the ref that I have missed and you point out or minor shape or pose changes). Examples of big changes would be entire pose reworks (especially after an approved sketch), large character changes that are not present on the ref or spoken about previously, or any change after the finished piece is delivered (if you request a change after the finished product is given and you approved the previous pieces, then I will charge an additional $10 or deny the request).
3. All payments are final. I will not give refunds on finished pieces but I will also not charge extra if my commission prices go up after you have already paid at the lower price.
4. Do not ask for NSFW or gore if you are a minor. I will report you if you do ask for it if you are a minor. I do NSFW commissions for people 18+ and may require ID proof if I have any reason to doubt your age.
5. Always credit my artwork. If you have Telegram stickers with my artwork, you must use my credit sticker, which i will send to you with your stickers. If you refuse to credit my artwork at any point, I will blacklist you and make a beware warning of your dealings.
6. Do not use my work, commissioned or not for NFTs/any kind of cryptocurrency. If I find that you've used my artwork for anything like that, I will blacklist you, report you for copyright infringement, and write a detailed warning for other artists.
My Blacklist below does not mean that you cannot own designs made by me or art created by me (besides in the case of art theft and lack of art credit), but I will deny you commissions if asked and will not buy from you. Some people on the list below are for personal reasons. Do not harass anyone on the list below (especially those without a reason posted).
