GC_New Life Update

Goodness it's been a while, hasn't it? . . .
Geezum crow, where do I even begin?
-- I'll keep this summed up for ADHD friendly reading:
Found out 7 doctors couldn't diagnose me for having Celiac Disease. It nearly killed me. I had to get hip replacement surgery from the disease eating my bones... had a massive bout of PTSD trauma as years of repressed memories hit me when I came out of surgery, I forgot who I was, and lost a lot of my memories for a while as my mind tried to forget it's past --
I'm slowly picking up my positive memories from an 80% traumatic life and rebuilding a positive mental life.
Spent the past years studying psychology and neurology more to help reinforce the therapy and myself as an artist.
You can't become a beautiful tree if you don't have strong roots. So I've forced myself to go completely back to the basics, relearn everything and not produce anything until I was confident it was something I could be proud of!
EDIT:
I just wanted to say I love all of you duders~

Damn. I'm around on Telegram and \ or Discord if you wanna talk, vent, etc.
Glad you're getting back to your real self >.<
Looking forward to seeing you return better than ever~
Now, as a result, ever increasing portions of the small intestine cannot absorb nutrients and minerals (like, say, calcium and magnesium). So, yeah, as a result, you start suffering osteoporosis as a result, not to mention a whole other host of nutritional deficiency issues.
HOPEFULLY the damage isn't so severe that he'll be requiring the occasional intravenous injection of nutrients...
I really hope your recovery goes as quickly and smoothly as possible!
I wish you luck and well being as you recover! And don't let no shit faced person ever tell you that you aren't worth being happy!
Heres to the road to recovery!!
All those vitamins and nutrients not being absorbed get eventually take it's toll and it becomes a cascade of problems. I only survived because I keep myself in shape and barely just had enough to keep hanging on. Now it's tip-toeing around a world where Wheat is literal Rat Poison to me =P
I am suspecting the Pfizer covid vaccination I got in late January last year gave me Rheumatoid Arthritis out of the blue. (and NO family history of it on either side of the family.) I was fine one month, then started aching all over to where my hands looked like turtle shells and I physically couldn't bend my fingers in a matter of days. I was tested for RH and gout in late March last year, came up negative. By the beginning of April, I could barely move, My joints, hips, feet, shoulders, neck, hands were like on fire and horrifically swollen. A doctor came in, saw me and first words were "HOLY SHIT!" Another blood draw and I was literally off the scale for RH. I am now on 4 different daily drugs to control the RH and blood tested monthly to make sure my liver isn't being destroyed by the drugs. Fun Fun Fun!!
Why am I fearing seeing within 2-3 years a commercial on TV "If you received a Pfizer Covid vaccination and developed the following....Call this number 1-800-Ambulance Chaser.
There's not much I can say in response to that. You've definitely been through a lot, though that's stating the obvious.
It's good to hear from you again. While I'm sorry to hear all that's happened, it sounds like you're starting to find your way out of that personal Hell. Keep going! We're all rooting for ya.
.....But yeah, go ahead and post your "learning' pieces. If I'd waited until I was perfect, I never would have gotten anywhere.
Sounds like this year, that theme is synonimous for both of us.
You'll post when you're good and ready. The update is appreciated, but I hear you. Good to see you still around.
Lotta ears out here you can bend if you ever want or need one, mine included. ^^

Thanks for the update, im so happy reading you once again!
Glad you are feeling better!
Plus? Having a digestion that works absolutely PERFECTLY? Fucking hell the amount of fun butt stuff I can do again? WORTH IT.
I'm jealous ... mildly jealous.
Sounds like you've had some rough times but happy to hear you seem to have weathered them ok.
When you decide it's time to art once again, we'll all be here for you :D
Your arts are some of what got me into the fandom, so I was rather excited when I found your stuff again after all these years..
I hope all is well and continues to be well with you!
Been a while.
This is my first comment ever on this site, that's how special you are for me.
I really get upset when people I've admired for so long go through things, major changes, upheavals even, and they don't bother to tell anyone. =(
Well, I hope you'll remember to please keep in touch and let me know how things are going. I hadn't thought of you in a long time until someone mentioned he'd gotten a "fave" from you and was overjoyed. *^^*
So, please, when something happens... tell us, and we'll do what we can to help.
