GENERAL SALE RULES
~Payment must be made through PayPal, within 24 hours
~ I now use a Ko-Fi shop for ease of purchasing!
~Comment/Note to claim
~You may make changes to the initial design AFTER purchase (see “RECOLORING/EDITING” for more info)
~File(s) will be sent via Note AFTER payment is made
~Initial designs must be credited back to me (see “COMMERCIAL RIGHTS” for more info)
~Do NOT remove artists’ signatures. (if applicable.)
ADDITIONAL AUCTION RULES:
~Auctions will finish 24 hours after the last bid
~EXCEPTION: for AB, the auction ends immediately
~I will announce the end of the auction in comments
~ I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU LOSE YOUR FILES AFTER BUYING! I have to clear out older things to make room for new ones, so please keep your files responsibly.
HOLDS/PAYMENT PLANS
~I may, at my discretion, allow an adopt to be “held,” in order to allow a buyer extra time to pay in installments. Payment plans must be discussed and agreed upon within the first 24 hours after purchase, else I am within my rights to re-release the adopt for sale.
~All payment plans require an immediate down payment of 40%.
~Bids of up to $100 must be paid off within 1 month.
~Bids of up to $200 must be paid off within 2 months.
~Bids of $200+ must be paid off within 3 months.
~If a buyer does not complete their payment plan, I am within my rights to give them a full refund and re-release the adopt for sale.
~Only one adopt, per person, may be “held” at a time.
~An un-watermarked version of the adopt will not be sent until the adopt has been paid for in full.
RESELLING/TRADING
~My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted.
~Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased or art personally made.
~Designs received in a trade may be resold following the above rule. Do not calculate a trade resale's value based on anything but the adopt's original sale value + commissioned / personal art added. *Sales of traded designs require an appraisal from me UNLESS you include the original sales post of the adopt in your resale, which will have the value.
~Designs received as gifts may also be resold, following the above rules. Please use extreme caution when gifting designs, and be sure that you would not be upset to have a gift be sold.
RECOLORING/EDITING
~If you would like for me to edit an adopt I have already made, this will be treated as a commission, and you will be charged a fee of 200% in addition to the base price of the adopt, in total. (Example; an edit of a $15 adopt would cost $30 in total.)
~All edits to designs by me must be run by me for confirmation.
~You are allowed to edit on top of my artwork, with proper credit toward myself for the original art, and you for the edits.
~Do not commission others to make edits on my work, even for clothing additions. All edit work must be free/personal.
~Do not ever delete the original adopt, even if you edit it. Further edits will always be based on the original when considered for approval.
CUSTOMS/COMMISSIONS
~When asked for a Custom design on any of the bases I own, you will be charged 200% depending on whichever base it is. (Example: custom Centaur design would be $20)
~ IF the custom includes any line edits, the price can/will be over the 200%. (Example: you want a different chest size for a female design, additional cost can be anywhere between +$5-$15 depending on resulting line edits.) Prices will be discussed before hand.
~ I hold the right to use any edited bases to create other designs for sale.
~When asked for a custom and given details/reference of the design, I will begin working on it immediately.
~If payment for the custom is not made within 30 days of the creation of the design, I am within my right to post the design for sale unless other terms have been discussed and have been mutually agreed upon.
PRODUCT QUANTITY
~Each purchase, unless specified specifically on the sales post, is a single design for one character.
~Twins may be created, ONLY if they are kept as a single design & owned by a single person. They cannot be sold or traded separately, unless both are officially paid for.
~You are allowed to create "alternate forms" of a character provided you have the permission of other artists / species owners involved, and as long as each form is still kept with the original design.
COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
~Sales of designs are PERSONAL unless you explicitly pay the COMMERCIAL fee.
~Commercial fees are priced at +100% of the final bid, unless otherwise stated.
~Without rights purchased, you are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.
~Without rights purchased, you are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit.
~PERSONAL rights encompasses all products made for personal use, and not for profit, including but not limited to: physical items such as charms and pins for personal collection, comics free to access and not licensed or published, and livestream assets for streams that are NOT monetized in any way.
~All sales where commercial rights are available for purchase will be in the sale listing.
~Commercial rights may be purchased later to all designs where the purchase of commercial rights is made available in the original sales post.
