PAYMENT
Client will receive an invoice via PayPal and must send their payment via Paypal. Other payment methods can be discussed if you're located in Finland (e.g. Mobile pay & bank transfer)
Artist will NOT distribute, sell or publish clients personal information (e.g. legal name, bank info, email address.) those will only be used for the necessary steps for payment, correspondence between client and artist and receipts.
Clients must pay the invoice in full before the artist will place you in the queue unless agreed otherwise. Payment plans for larger projects (over 300€ in value) can be negotiated.
Commissions are first come first serve unless a rush fee of 25% of the commission price is payed. You will be notified when work on your commission has begun. Commissions with deadlines will be given priority over those without. Tips are welcome, but they will not make the client's commission a higher priority.
Once the commission is completed, the client will receive an email containing the finished commission. The Client is not eligible for a refund after the work has been fully completed.

WORK STAGES
(for most digital commissions, traditional work may vary*)
Sketch: The artist will lay out the general look of the work, poses, characters, environments etc. The linework is not finished, the colours are only a rough pass and not exact to the finished product.
The artist will send a wip picture of the sketch to the client. At this stage the client may request changes to the work, please try and incorporate all changes you wish to be made in one email/message. Once the client gives their approval on the sketch the work will continue.
Lineart (if applicable): The artist will finish the lineart of the piece, this is where the linework will be clean and the work will have the details close/exact to the finished product. Colours are still a rough pass at this point.
At this stage the artist will send a wip picture of the lineart to the client. At this stage the client may request changes to the work, please try and incorporate all changes you wish to be made in one email/message. Once the client gives their approval on this stage work will continue.
Colour and shading: The artist will finish the coloring, shading & lighting of the piece, this is where the piece will be close to the finished product.
At this stage the artist will send a wip picture of the work to the client. At this stage the client may request minor changes and any effects they wish to have to the work, please try and incorporate all changes you wish to be made in one email/message. Once the client gives their approval on this stage, the artist will move on to finalising the piece.
Final piece: The artwork is complete. At this stage the artist will send a picture of the work to the client for final review, minor changes can be requested.
After the client has approved this stage and any changes made to it the artist will email two versions of the finished product to the client: one at web quality with the artist signature or watermark, and one print quality.
Revisions that are due to artist’s error are free if pointed out immediately. Other changes and revisions can be subject to additional fees at the artist’s discretion, if the request for them is made after the approval of that stage.
Client may request changes to the work after receiving a work-in-progress (wip) picture of each of the stages of the work as described before. The client is allowed one pass of changes to the work per stage free of charge. All wip pictures are low-resolution (72 DPI) JPEG format.
*For traditional work (e.g. watercolour, pencil drawing) work stages aren't as straightforward cause sometimes you can't make changes after certain points due to limitations and qualities of the medium. The client will receive wip of the sketch stage and a roughly digitally coloured sketch if coloured work and may request major changes at these stages. After this client will receive wip pictures in different stages of the completion but may only request minor changes and the application of those changes is left up to the artists professional discretion (i.e. if the artist feels like a change will not be reasonably possible they can decline to do it and discuss other options with the client and may be subject to additional fees.)
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
For digital commissions the client will receive all wip updates of the piece and a 72dpi web quality version that's watermarked/signed and a high-resolution 300dpi copy of final piece e-mailed upon completion.
For traditional art you have the option to choose to either have a high quality scan of the work which subtracts 15€ from the base price an naturally there's no shipping fees. OR the client may choose to have the artwork shipped to them at the shipment cost to the client. If you choose to have the physical original delivered to you the artist is NOT responsible for the possible damage or loss to the work after shipping. The artist will do their best packaging the work well and protected, but there's unfortunately no 100% quarantee when it comes to mailing anything.
