Struggles with Boostly

Recently, I've had a lot of trouble with Boostly and their services, their customer support has been nothing but horrible and not telling me any information.
Apparently putting in a refund breaks terms of service, Which I said was an honest mistake on my part. But now it seems like I can't make payments on their site either.
This site has been one of the worst experiences ever, I'm sorry to say but now I won't be using their site for anything ever again.

That's not your problem, it's cause of the paypal transfer and that boosty defined as mygames, you can contact their support via Telegram for very fast reply https://t.me/mashukmoscow

I've sent so many support ticks through the email system. I'm still waiting 2 days for a reply from asking a simple question. I don't use telegram, but made an account and tried this and it's been 16 hours and they haven't even read the message yet so not sure what very fast reply would be like. Not sure I could really do much more than I've tried I'm just tired of it, and don't wanna put anymore effort when they won't even do anything.

They just plainly suck as a website, company and support team. Its like they came out of the blue when PayPal stopped any russia transactions. I went thru weeks with there support team, till they finally told me its a web site error and they dont know how to fix it at that time. As in they dont know what there doing it seems. I have been able to do payment now thru paypal.
