Maybe a Discord server would be cool...

One CTF server I was in effectively nuked their userbase by requiring some ID verification thing. The other one is apparently changing ownership so who knows what that'll end up like. And between the both of them, there's like 1 writing-dedicated channel lol.
I was mostly just thinking roleplay or some kind of writing-related or Twine related things. There are a few things I'd like to teach and discuss, specifically I'd like to see more Twine related things and I think it'd be neat to be exposed to other folks' writing. And you know, the other day I logged into f-list and out of over 100 profiles, there was like 1 in the channel that was actually interesting, so maybe there's a dearth of good TF-y roleplay but I didn't say that.

FA+

Having your own Discord is definitely an option regardless. A lot of artists have their own Discords for their communities :3
(To clarify, I'm not trying to be argumentative or anything at all, we have talked before and I 100% trust you are speaking in good faith, so I did not want to make it look like I'm just tossing shade for no reason)
As to the whole 'one channel for writing thing', the solution isn't coming to mind at the moment. I was just thinking something more focused on writing or interactives or so forth would be a good idea. Moreover, there's very little support for things like interactives on e621 for example, so I feel like the interactive-Twine medium is in a sorry state right now and perhaps some spotlight on that would be warranted.
Interactives are... Difficult to sort out in most cases, as it requires the GM to be online and available whenever someone tries to be part of the interactive. I've personally entertained the idea of starting an interactive myself, but it's hard because as said, I'd need to be available. The closest I've come to is long-form RP's, where the wider world is taken into consideration and NPC's are brought in.
There's nothing really stopping you from doing an interactive if you wanted to, you'd just have to occupy an RP channel and go from there - but that's for hosting. As for story-writing, I feel like there are better places than Discord to do that form of interactive.
Dunno.
But anyway, what I mean by interactive is Twine stories & other formats like Construct 2, etc., y'know the web browser ones. I would like to see more of those as well as even help/teach other people with regards to making them. I haven't really thought that particular bit over beyond that.
Though, yes, DM/GM stuff is cool and I have done it before. It's something I would also consider doing but it takes a certain degree of patience/consistency which I don't really have nowadays. However, I still have a passion for tinkering with dice games, so I think discussing and experimenting with rules for those and so forth would also be neat.
That being said, less image-y and more write-y is what I'm thinking. Probably a bit wider of a net than just CTF, because even I like a dash of variety!
I know very little about Twine/Construct 2 or other such things, so I can't really say anything about that.
Yay variety!
So, Twine. It's pretty cool. I actually think it's a lot better than RPG Maker for a lot of reasons and I think if there were things like some templates for RPGs and interactives on that format, then that would encourage more people to mess around with it. I've had a very distant goal/idea of maybe making some kind of 'RPG Maker' within Twine which would allow it to be even more user friendly for the user. Probably not a full fledged RPG but y'know at least a battle system or module. It'd be able to support a lot of different mechanics and so forth like vore and TF and whatnot, so anyone so inclined would just be able to slot their writing into the passages and it'd display whatever feedback text and so forth that the creator wants.
I personally prefer to make it '2d-esque' by having sprites on a battlefield or so forth for the combat. But I have dabbled with making movement possible on a 2d/3d map, which was relatively easy to implement--Just mapping arrow keys to sprite movement, but I never tested collision detection since it was just an experiment, but it would probably be possible. Given valid coordinates, slap a background behind the screen, and it would be able to imitate RPG Maker's overworld sections.
But besides that limitation, I think it's better than RPG Maker because it's more flexible, easier to learn, and teaches you some code-y things, so it transitions better into using JavaScript for more advanced stuff. Whereas RPG Maker has a 'skill ceiling' of sorts where you need to download all these plugins just to make fancy status effects and the skills don't really carry over much.
