I think it’s to do with the whole “Pokémon with childlike proportions” clause being vague on what stipulates a rule violation.
So who fucking knows whether a Maractus or something is considered too “underage in appearance” to the FA mods or something.
Probably not the worst policy change, and I can see why they did it, but it still is somewhat vague and unclear on what stipulates a violation.

i mean yeessss...? though overall it looks actually good with the "an aged up character actually S H O U L D look like she/he should be AGED UP" because how often did people this stupid excuse and just called it a day...

Ik some people are okay with it but as someone with characters who look short but are far older compared to the rest of my wide cast of characters, the fact that they're going on with the new rule pisses me off to no extent.
