Then ban kids from the site. There is no reason why people under 18 should be allowed on a site that is sexual by its very nature.

You can ban cub, you can ban pokemon that you can arbitrarily call cub, but neither of these will actually help prevent grooming that happens on the site.

As long as kids are allowed on the site, no amount of filters will protect them from the pedos that want to take advantage of them.
