Long story short, "Chibi-Style" is basically the squeaky clean way of saying looking like a child. Which is stupid for multiple reasons.

Essentially, if you have a character that looks young (flat chest, short stature, etc) it's considered inappropriate. Which is really dumb and comes across as body shaming.
