About the Newfangled Update

Before you ask, yes I saw the Internal Policy Update, which is the FA equivalent to Elsagate and its absolute horsecock. Basically it assumes that any character or OC that is child-sized regardless of age is a child when in reality, this is far from the truth. It also requires that all characters need to be adjusted to the size of an adult and aged up in order to be acceptable in fetish art.
First, have drawn characters such as Yakko, Wakko, and Dot from Animaniacs which have been portrayed as children in the show before, but are portrayed as 21 or older in my art. Second, I am not that great at proportion sizes for character bodies in my works, even in 2023. Third, did I have ANY intentions to draw children in fetish content in the first place? NO ASSHOLE!
Also, I find it intriguing that the policy lists of all things, Pokémon and Digimon (particularly small ones), as “children”. BULLSHIT!
This update isn’t specific enough on what it is trying to tell and if it goes into effect, the consequences would very likely lead to the end of FurAffinity. It’s even worse than YouTube guidelines! What the actual fuck am I supposed to do with these idiotic code of conduct? Return to DeviantArt where there’s a huge abundance of intolerable content? God I hate that website and I’m so glad I left it last year.
For now, I’m won’t be deleting any art at the moment. I am hoping that efforts are made to prevent this “modification” from being enacted. If the rules stay the same by June, I will start deleting “potentially inappropriate content” from my gallery, mostly older art from 2018-2020. If my account does get deleted on July 1st, I will either start a new account or not use the site again.
