By commissioning me in any way, you agree to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, before the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

- Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. Depending on how far I am through the commission, I will give a partial or full refund.
- Examples of ill behavior are, and are not limited to:
- Discrimination or prejudice,
- Sabotage/undermining,
- Harassment or bullying
- If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
- I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason. (Notification of refusal will be given before any payment has been accepted.)

II. PAYMENT

- All commissions will almost always be paid via half at first sketch, and half at completion. (Personal reasons.)
- Payment will be done through Paypal. (Will be receptive to other payment services by request if necessary.)

III. PROCESS

- Work In Progress (WIPs) will be given when I feel the piece is on a particular milestone (e.g. done with the second sketch, done with lineart)
- WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, have any questions.

- Commissioners will be allowed a minimum of 2 edits and any more, I will have the right to charge any extra edits. Edits that include a missed feature that wasn't shown on previous WIPs and commented on will be treated as my error and not count towards the edit limit.)
- Edits that require going back a step in the process (e.g. On rendering, but asking for line art change that was shown and wasn't requested during the line art WIP.) will be based on how much work needs to be done to do the correction, and will be up to my discretion.

IV. REFUND POLICY

- Refunds will be provided, but whether or not it's partial or complete will depend on how much work I have done on the piece and will be decided upon request.

XIV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, own the following rights to the art:

- Use the piece to promote me at any place or site. (Will provide credit of the owner of character, unless stated otherwise.)

You, the commissioner, are allowed to;
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- If used for commercial purposes, then please discuss with me with the intent to do so.
- (A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.)

The following is considered a breach of agreement:

- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without prior agreement. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures without consent. (This will be done at request.)
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

XIV.i. COMMERCIAL USE RIGHTS
- With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any merch with the artwork.
- Full edit and use rights will be given to the owner off the commission.
- Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
