As well as amputations like being legless or armless, Does this imply to portals?

While they called out specifically digimon/pokemon I think they were moreso specifying those in particular since they're probably the niche cases that people will try to get around.

I just wanna wait until they get more specific about the ruling or see if nothing of mine is considered bannable.

Not really (or at least not this type of stuff.)
I'll still post stuff that wouldn't get hit by this new ruling if I draw it, and I'll still be open to taking commissions.
