My twitter was suspended. (DumbMagicVee)

Long story short, someone harassed me me in Twitter DMs over the 'boy kisser' meme after I said 'they don't like their character's design being used for NSFW situations'.
When they came to my DMs to say hateful shit, I responded with memes, and they reported the account for 'violent speech'.
Twitter suspended the account, despite the harasser account having said worse shit and also being only a handful of months old.
I'm too lazy to give all the little details, so feel free to ama.
Edit; After posting this, I contacted them through KoFi, found on their suspended FA.
Through our conversation, they have insulted me multiple times, said many harsh things, and even asked for $350 for 'forgiveness' . . is that extortion/ scamming?

Honestly, even the meme I suspect of getting my account shut down can't even be taken seriously just because of the way it's formulated. Twitter says it considers context, but even that has to be a flat out lie.
