So, my drawing app kinda sucks
So, all of my drawings in the past couple years have been done using a free drawing app on my iPad called Sketchbook, but I’m starting to get annoyed by some of its limitations like being unable to group layers or change the canvas size. So I’m wondering if anyone knows a decent drawing app for iPad? I know a couple artists I follow use ClipStudio Paint, but apparently the version for iPad isn’t very good.
Anyone have any recommendations of something good in iPad? Something free, fremium, or a one-time purchase. I don’t really want anything with a subscription.

If you’re looking into the comic racket, Mr. Lab is trying out an app that is more Apple-friendly. I’ll ask him what it’s called if you’re interested. I can also see what reference pose app he uses, if you like. It should be compatible with most of these.
It seems GIMP gets bad reviews for the iPad version.
Yeah, I’m not a fan of the GIMP app’s latest overhaul. It’s much better for PC, especially if you happen to have a USB tablet instead of a mouse.
