itaku.ee would probably be a good fit, as their judgment on this sort of thing seems based on whether it was an intentional effort to subvert age rules rather than subjective judgement of your overall art style looking too cute. basically they pay attention to tags and descriptions and as long as they don't have reason to believe that info is lying to them, will give the benefit of the doubt.

if you don't mind it's reputation inkbunny.net/ might also be a good option, as it was created as a rejection of FA's previous round of content lock-downs. That said they have the reputation they do because they left the 'floodgates' open with only minimal scrutiny.
