Greetings, all~!
So, by now we've all heard what's going on with the Great Ambugious Crackdown. Or rather we've heard the contradictory statements and drawn some worrying conclusions.
And whilst it does appear that one of the site admins is driving a puriteen-driven crusade against all they consider unholy, and whilst the fear and distress they've caused are real harm done, I for one am not about to forget the decades for which this place has been a refuge and a resort for Furries of all kinds and calibres. As tempestuous and troubled as life has been, FurAffinity has always been here, like a rock, and I'm not going to jump off it into the cold dark ocean at the first salty spray.
For although they will almost certainly come for the feral furs next, I'm not going anywhere.
I live here. This is a home to me. And they will have to chase me out if they want me out.

dumb decision, feels made up to appease a handful of holier than thou moralists who can't/don't want to differentiate fiction from reality
people whine about cub/loli yet no one bats an eye for scat/snuff/drugs or what, truly seems, and feels hypocritical here
always the same, whine about this, argue that fiction makes people act up in real life, but only when it comes to sexual content, violence? a-okay, nothing to see here
TLDR, feels like they're trying to alienate users and destroy the place for some moral points, seems no one learned anything when SF pulled that exact same move, many users deserted the place after it ended up in threats over fictional drawings of fictional characters in fictional situations
