From what I'm reading, paraphilias/fetishes aren't lumped in with the sexual scenarios they're targeting. You can argue till you're blue in the face of whether inflation and other kinks are considered sexual or not but by legal definition they aren't, and it seems that's what they're going for to (I suspect is the main reason) please the site's sponsors. It's their existing policy on cub porn but with a clearer definition on Pokemon and Digimon. I don't post any porn on my FA gallery so I'm very likely safe.

Even if I'm somehow banned, like I said, no big deal. You can still find me in the sites I mentioned.

On twitter I can understand the kink account minors DNI argument more since it's a very far-reaching platform with all kinds of people. Here I'm not as concerned.
