It is rare for me to write these journals but I just want to keep y'all up to date.
FA has really shit the bed on their new decisions as of late. I would rant but whatever at this point.
I wont be posting here to FA any of my personal art or commissions/gifts. Since I do not know what would/could get me banned I won't take the risk.
Call this a FA strike or something, but content comes from the creators not the admins.
My stance is firm, cub porn / child porn SHOULD be purged and burned. It is a stain on our community and it hurts so many real people. For that I am happy to see steps. But this tone deaf solution to make a quick buck from advertisers whilst protecting the admins who are also artists in their kinks has terrible optics.
If I find a better site I will keep y'all informed

The blatant loophole for their own fetishes just skeeves me out so badly!

I looked through your gallery, and unless you've just gone through a self-purge, then there's nothing in there that even comes close to the criteria.
But they have disclosed that they plan to do this with real eyes, not some bot. That is millions upon millions of images they will have to crawl through. I don't believe they are going to have the time to give every single image the due diligence of a proper assessment.
Whilst my art and my characters are capable of consent, are of mature age, and pass the harkness test. I do know from searching for plush content, that there is definitely a trend of plush being associated with minors. None of my characters are minors, but I fear that they could be viewed that way by the moderators.
I am simply making a small protest by halting uploads to this account (however little impact it might be). Because I do not support their decision to purge and ban people like myself that are adult, consenting, and sane - enjoying something that brings them happiness. I worry that these new rules when enforced will see a loss of content either because of the purge or because of artists to worried they will be banned too from FA. I too am in the same boat. I would rather see what will be left on my account stay up for others to enjoy, then risk the loss of the whole gallery.
Those that follow me, and want to see more rat art in the future. Can always find me on other websites in the future. With how FA has been going for a while now I think many people sensed they were ready to jump ship. This blatant "one rule for us" method is just the nail in the coffin. People just needed a strong enough reason to leave.
I am not going to fight this. I have too much going on in my life right now struggling with several factors that I need to focus on my health. Not on a website with infamously poor management skills
