I know it’s a bit random and I know that you’re here mostly for my art, but I thought it would be nice to have a little chat with you all if you have a moment! How’s your day going today, heard anything funny or exciting lately? Sharing memes and anything else also works! owo

As for me, been doing a lot lately. Got into my first Skyrim playthrough which doesn’t help me with my time management at all ‘:D but managing to consistently draw, do house stuff and live relatively healthy life! (Dieting again too -w-“)
Me and my husband watched PlayStation livestream today and idk, it was kind of disappointing.. Am I the only one? Like, I was hyped for so many things, but it was really mid in the end. Hopefully summer games fest will be better! Can’t wait /o/
Also these new FA rules are crazy ngl, I’m mostly concerned about kemono artists who naturally draw ‘childish’ proportions while all characters are of age. It’s a good thing that they made it the matter of importance, but it’s all very subjective.
Anyway, what do you guys think? c:

Personally, I'm impressed you never played Skyrim. I say that as someone who, 10+ years on, has never played Skyrim.
Yeahh I tried playing it before, but controls were so confusing and the amount of things I needed to do were overwhelming so got back to it after a while~ you also need to try! Now is a great time to start cause they also have anniversary extras which are quite nice, like a backpack with extra inventory space which also increases the stat of your choice depending on your gaming style uwu
Nice to hear you're playing Skyrim for the first time! I hope you enjoy it, it has pretty fun moments. It's nice that you can manage your time to play and make some time for drawing too n.n
For me, I'm just starting a new job and it seems to be going well so far. I also should start dieting again, I managed to lose some weight last year but I regained it with the festivities.
As for memes, I just saw one about the PS5 reveal where they compare the new controller to the Wii U XD other than that, I haven't seen that new livestream yet.
And I also just sent some of my pictures for revision for the "new" FA rules (they said they aren't new, they just were not enforcing them as much I guess?). I like to draw more stylized/cartoony characters but I'm thinking they'll probably be a violation of that rule.

I personally was shamed a lot in the past even for getting a little bit fat so it’s a bit of a painful matter, what matters is having the healthy mentality and balance happy and nutritious foods to feel good in general uou
And yeahh I saw it! Honestly, even though there are bunch of similarities, I love them making a relatively portable option. And the earbuds are so cute too! Can’t wait to see how overpriced they’re gonna be tho c:’

The latest Tataru quest is a sequel to "The Sorrow of Werlyt" which is my favorite side story content in the game ever, so I was incredibly excited for it.
Trying to regain healthy habits (workouts, meal planning, less vices) and juggling family and money stuff. Can't really complain, tho. Slow progress, but right direction nonetheless.
Haven't been playing much vidya other than Rimworld that my friend gifted me for Christmas. It scratches that community builder itch quite well :D
I'm not necessarily against the rule as amended, but I'm curious on its implementation. FA tends to be arbitrary when it comes to enforcing its own rules.
And I agree on the rules part as well, I’m mostly concerned about subjective judgement part cause it might not look like something it’s supposed to be, but nobody’s gonna ask -^-‘
Playing through backlog of games. About 25 PS3 games to complete. If they frustrate or bore me, I stop and sell.
Same with PS2 & PS4 backlog but those are alot bigger individually.

Outside of work been primarily thinking about some of the headier questions. What am I doing with myself, what should I do? Etc lol. Making good progress I think in there, so we'll see what the future holds :)
In the now currently trying to develop better habits by doing more reading, though it's harder to keep it than I thought. Can't give up tho!
Been playing through some games. Pretty content with my backlog myself, mostly going through Jedi Survivor and RE4 Remake. Might get back into Horizon Forbidden West or go back to an older PS3 title, we'll see.
I did check out the livestream and yeah, no major breakthroughs for me. Ironically enough though I was most excited about some of the VR announcements like RE4 Remake VR because I'm looking to get a PSVR2 in the future. Tried out VR for the first time a while ago and I loved it, so deffo wanna get one myself.

And RE4 was looking good for real, but honestly considering they did VR versions of other RE games it was just the matter of time in my opinion :0 still looking good though! And I think VR sets now are more affordable than they were before? I remember them being crazy expensive at the start but they blew up in just some years time! Technology is being developed soo rapidly I can’t believe it (feeling so old too lol) :V
I quite like Jedi Survivor from what I played so far! With the exception of the map they improved upon everything from the first game I'd say, albeit the first one will always be a little special for me because it was a bit of a surprise how good it was. I'll say that folks are probably saying it's mid because the PC launch had some serious technical and performance issues. I'm playing on PS5 so it runs well enough for me. It also helps that I've gotten into Star Wars as of late so I could also be a little biased there lol.
Ye VR sets these days are fairly affordable compared to before, albeit higher end sets still have a hefty pricetag. I wasn't sold on VR until I played on my bro's Quest 2 lol.
Day is just starting so really cant say much. However yesterday we had an interesting call at work. Couple of plumbers told us that there was concrete in a sewer manhole and that is a no go. So we rushed over as fast as humanly possible with out breaking the law. As we arrived, the plumber story begins...
The customer sewer service line was punctured by a fence post and then completely filled in with concrete for 50 feet. Now the plumbers were trying to locate an area that didn't have concrete and feared that it could be in the city main. So we flushed the city main to ensure it was clear. Which it was and they found an area that didn't have concrete. So we all just waved good bye and called it a mission accomplished.
Not a big PS fan, but I am excited for the New Armored Core coming out. Biiiiiiiig Mecha fan and grew up with Armored Core, been waiting for a new one since FS started to focus on Souls over it. Very very saddening. Though now that it pays off the combat and style of how the NEXTs will play will be very interesting! And the focus on big boss battles? Oh boy oh boy. I am excited!

And yeah, my husband is also waiting for it! And space marine as well. Kinda expected to get a release today during the Warhammer showcase but there was really nothing interesting:( this year is insanely good with game releases though!! Can’t wait for the summer fest announcements, hope they will be huge 🤍

OOOOOO Yes yes!! The space marine game is going to be awesome!!! Need more Warhammer ahahahahahahahah. Though there is a lot of games that we need to see return back that ended way to short.
Oh? A coder help for a developer? That is really really cool! I am not big in coding, but I used to be really good in developing playable maps. Now I just write the stories of my used to be video game ideas. Hopefully one day will share them... Currently sewer days take that time away XDDDD

I also didn't see too much in the Playstation stream that I was excited for, except maybe The Plucky Squire. I'm a sucker for cute aesthetics and it looks fun.
I've been playing games with friends online (DayZ currently!) and the new Zelda, which has been super fun c: I haven't had as much time to do as I've wanted.. but right now I'm at a major plot point and can't wait for the weekend so I have more time!!
I agree with your assessment of the new rules. A good thing to address, but I think FA will lose a fair number of artists, especially Kemono/Pokemon/chibi/etc artists, especially if people get really aggressive about things- which given my time with online art communities, is bound to happen.
Outside of that, I'm super excited for summer! We've had the smoke from the burning fires in Canada and finally some rain washed it from the skies ^w^ so, I can get out and enjoy the weather this weekend. I've been meaning to hike, since the weather is finally warmer, but the aid quality has been too bad.

For now, I’m wondering what the likely upcoming monster hunter reveal will be during Tokyo Gameshow in September. My only hope for it is that they bring underwater combat from Tri back, but I won’t hold my breath (no pun intended)
