I just saw the video and the photo of your car after the crash, And from what I can tell it seems to me that the other driver of the vehicle that hit you is at fault. And I'm sure that after you're fully recovered, and with a new vehicle. you'll be installing Dash Cameras just in case something like this were to happen again. You'll have video evidence to show who was actually at fault. And thus make the insurance company's work all that easier.

I live in Florida and I've seen my fair share of accidents as well as close calls as a bystandard and passenger(it's because of some of the crazy or distracted drivers on the road here that I don't drive. I take a bicycle if I want to go somewhere in town or ride with a friend or family if I need to go out of town).

Honestly, I can't wait for the day when self-driving cars are an actual thing(technology is still in its infancy). Once that happens road safety will greatly improve although I know that you still won't be able to completely eliminate accidents on the roads. But it will be better than what we have currently
