The "Twitter pulls out of EU" thing is fake news, and I'd suggest reading less of whatever source told you this is what's going to happen. That said, I think Twitter has never been good for artists to begin with because it doesn't have any gallery features. I might make an Itaku account myself, but I'm not sure how well it supports written content, and Inkbunny feels like a safer bet since it has been around for a while and I only started hearing about Itaku recently (so it could just be a fad).

I wouldn't be too surprised if it's fake, yeah. Still, even if untrue I figured it made a good (second) excuse to move camps.
As for IB, from my own experience I agree, it seems the overall better and so far proven to be stable platform. I have not dabbled in writing but from what I have seen IB even lets you format your story in a page format of sorts. Definitely a good choice whether or not you end up on Itaku.
