Debating Selling Roulie for $5000.

Main reason I am debating selling her for the flat price of $5k, is for my repaying my school debt. Her worth is over $8k, but I know I’m not going to get the full worth of what I put into her back. So that is a whole $3000 off from what I put into her.
So just know that if you want to buy her, she comes with an FA profile I can give to you, plus a whole toyhouse of artwork, and a Dropbox link that has artwork in it as well that couldn’t go onto toyhouse. There is probably even art around that you can find. There is a lot of art.
The lowest of payment plan I would go with probably, is $500 a month for 10 months.
This sale does NOT include the dragon form, as she looks completely different from her cat form. It DOES include the other cat forms however.
I will debate on putting up a sale ad or not, but just know the price of $5k USD is a price I am alright with selling her for.
