-allows a handful of transformers games to be made but the two that stole everyone's hearts were War for/Fall of Cybertron
-toy sales for transformers and MLP are higher than they have been in ages

-Transformers films are getting more stupid so gotta take it away from baysplosion
-MLP G4 is coming to a close, gotta wind up G5

-transformer bumblebee movie is solid... but has tecent meddling and treated peter cullen like garbage
-transformers series is relegated to roosterteeth and garbage youtube performers with nonsensical plotlines or plotlines that should be incredibly taxing but are handwaved in 20 minutes tops
-rise of the beasts movie has NONE of the Beast Wars vocal cast reprising their roles, making all the beast wars fans give it the finger and not want to see it, especially with the threat being Unicron ALREADY

-MLPG5 is a trashfire as instead of a clean slate, they try to make it take place sometime after G4, but it makes no sense and despite what the comics and movie and all the other things do, the end result is only that the G4 cast turn into total goddamn fools and destroy everything in order to allow the G5 cast to solve the same issue all over again.
-the movie is... meh at best
-the movie VAs are NOT brought back to voice the characters in the series
-the cal arts show is complete dogshit focusing on fart fetish
-the cgi show no one fucking watches because they have no reason to, especially with it being pedoflix exclusive and not answering jack shit about how the hell G4 could have "failed" and allowed such hell to break loose because 'one unicorn said bad things".

Also Transformers Earthspark is the worst I have ever seen from that franchise.
This was the first time I actually CRINGED seeing the design of Optimus Prime.
There's something seriously off about that design and all the robot designs of Earthspark.
